Maggie De Pree (née Brenneke) is an entrepreneur and mother who believes in the power of human agency – the ability for each of us to choose to make a difference in the world. She has spent the past 15 years working with Fortune 500 companies to create market-based solutions to societal challenges, including climate change, energy security and health care.
She is a co-founder of the League of Intrapreneurs, the leading movement for corporate social intrapreneurs. Prior to founding The Human Agency, Maggie co-founded Imaginals – a sustainable innovation consultancy. She also was Head of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at SustainAbility, a leading corporate responsibility advisory firm. Maggie co-authored: The Social Intrapreneur: A Field Guide for Corporate Changemakers. She has a Bachelors of Economics from Scripps College in California and an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA.
