Olivier Leclerc, from Alcatel-Lucent, is in charge of the Alcatel-Lucent bootcamp called “Défi Entreprendre“.

This is the most striking intrapreneurial initiative taken by the telecom manufacturer. Intrapreneurship, thank a.o., to the program, is growing in popularity within the comany.
